Great place to retire There is a lot of good things going on here. There’s a nice workout room a beautiful pool and the manager is great. We’re so happy we moved here three years ago.

mostly great The staff is excellent! The grounds are well taken care of and the building is always sparkling clean. The events offer a good variety, but the budget for food and beverages should be higher, to keep up with the high standards. Several times, the food has run out at events people have paid for. The wine selection might be of a higher quality. I wonder if an event planner might not be a bad idea? There also seems to be some pushback about getting the windows washed- from the... outside. Almost there Overall we truly enjoy living here. However; we still have frustration with the odor from water.
There is some recent cracking in the ceiling, probably just new construction.

Overall thoughts I enjoy living here, especially the people. I didn’t realize when I moved in the community would become so large. I think we could have stopped with the second or third addition. We certainly don’t need the fourth. The community space is too small for that many people, or at least add a large room for gatherings. Most of the activities are well chosen. The rent is getting unaffordable for seniors. Management could attend more activities.

Love it here We had lived in other over 55 apartment communities and never had the right good feeling. That changed the first time we walked into the doors at Highlands of Aero Park. There is a warm welcoming feeling not only from staff but other residents. We are beyond excited to start our new journey at our new home at Aero Park.
