Water Heater Issue Maintenance Men Tom and Chris worked smart and diligently to promptly install a new Water Heater.
Jen and Ashley from the Resident Services Office promptly responded to my requests.
Jen re-assured me via email that my issue would be handled the same day it happened.
It helped me feel alot less stressed out.
Keep up the good work!

Foresthill Highlands Franklin At 73 years old I feel safe and comfortable. The staff is helpful and understanding

Love living here! I moved in over 4 years ago and I love it! I’ve made some really good friends. I live in the town homes and usually refer to my apartment as a house because it is large and roomy. I like having my own garage and storage room my garage. I love the fireplace! Use it often during the winter but do have to turn down/off the heat: it really warms the room. When I have an issue, the maintainable staff are quick to take care of it! I feel safe here. This is an active community but... it is independent living. There are no services provided. We do have several socials during the month that I can choose to attend we are located close to the post office and the police station although, I’ve never had an opportunity to call police.

Chair lift still waiting to come and check out our chair lift. Made a request in late September to have it checked.
