From the moment we walked into the front lobby we knew this was the place we wanted for our disabled family member to reside. It wasn't run-down like many of the apartment buildings we visited in Waukesha. We were greeted nicely by some of the residents, followed by the a favorable greeting with Gerry, the property manager.It has a nice community room for residents to enjoy playing games, watch TV, eat some provided snacks, workout on a couple pieces of equipment and occasionally enjoy lunches... made & served by residents. Gerry, the property manager, was very friendly & helpful in answering our questions and providing information. The process to apply for an apartment was easy. Since our family member moved in, his and our experience with the staff & residents has been favorable. No complaints. I just moved in yesterday 12/01/22 and I couldn't be happier! My apartment was newly furnished, newly painted, and sparkling clean. It was beautiful to see, the staff here is so sweet and kind they really make you feel welcome. I can't wait to spend the rest of my years here. They also have a great sitting area that has free coffee and snacks. A library, and outside smoking area. Also the walk in closet it just breath taking. one bedroom has a store where you can buy things at on first floor, nice neighbors,one bathroom a nice kitchen to cook food in you love a small living room where you can watch packers football at. a community room where you can eat food together with neighbors and watch movies and exercise some.
