Avoid !

They are run by Horizon - the absolute worst Apt. Management in Sheboygan. Can't even do simple tasks like return calls, or fix defects, promptly.

Poor management

In the last year as new management took over things have gone from bad to worse. Maintenance issues go unresolved for months. Hot water issues; senior residents without hot water, took days to address and over a week to resolve. Manager went from open door to closed door. Bench removed in heated hallway for residents wait to for rides or rest. District manager unaffected by complaints and issues.

In the last year, under new management. The senior residents are no longer put first. It is months for maintenance issues to be resolved. Removed bench in hallway for residents to wait for rides. Closed door office. Calls not returned.
