Very clean. Great staff and good amenities. The area is awesome! Moving from Maple Grove with a lot of nearby shopping and dining, SLP has a lot of the same to offer. Very positive experience so far in the neighborhood.

Writing this only a few days in, but a wonderful move in process, we needed some form fixed by maintenance and they were on it immediately. Very warm and welcoming community, while also giving us space to settle in!

Been here since 2019. Great location and decently maintained clean. Great amedities and friendly staff. Highly recommended if want to live in st louis park area. Close to city and airport. Great neighborhood.

Only been here a little over 2 weeks. So far, so good! Move in was easy. Couple issues that were fixed right away. Maintenance even brought a pkg up for me that was too big for me to carry.

Awesome so far nice quiet neighbors ! Everyone’s in their own world ! Great views and amenities. Nice big rooms and showers the tub is my favorite !
