Very clean complex with a lot of amenities that I didn’t see elsewhere. The move in was made much easier by the designated unloading space and move in door. Our apartment required some cleaning on move in, as the counters, bath tub, and floors had some residue left on them. The AC also needed it’s filter replaced/cleaned, but I believe that would’ve been on the previous tenant to file a maintenance request for, so I give that a pass. Other than the surface level cleaning, the living space is... great and well-kept. A fairly modernized living space for sure!

Building is in a quiet area with many amenities and is located near a nice lake, as well as Wolfe Park. Building is well maintained and rarely if ever hear about issues between neighbors. Building can be stuffy if you live on the third floor.

I love living here the grounds are beautiful the St Louis walking trail is just behind the building great for walking your dog Amanda ,the manager is always so accommodating and always going above and beyond for residents Tenzin and Terry keep the building in Tip top shape the neighbors are great this is a fantastic place to call home 3 years and counting I love it!!

No complaints. The only minor thing is the laundry not being in unit but everything else offsets this. Otherwise, the location and quality as well as management (especially) is amazing!
