This would be the ideal place for an independent senior to live...If they didn't insist upon abusing them mentally and making them feel uncomfortable. My grandmother has lived there for years and the staff has been a constant source of unnecessary stress. I understand that the elderly can sometimes be a handful to deal with, but when you are trusted to do a job, look after the well being of someone in such a fragile state you do it to the best of your abilities. The maintenance workers are rude... and disrespectful toward tenants and the loved ones who are trying to make sure they're safe and comfortable. This is a very conveniently located building: very close to downtown Silver Spring, all the shops, banks, bus stops and the metro. It has an access to a swimming pool and a party room which we used quite a few times: it is spacious and bright. It's a great building!
