Overall I have enjoyed living here. It is very close to metro. They used to have an exercise class which I miss. Concierge is great and I love that my packages are safe

I appreciate the front door staff who has been friendly even in the early mornings when I'm leaving for work. The maintenance has been stressful. I understand that the garage door needed to be open but not having any alternative to park as I did need my car in the afternoon was stressful thinking that I would have to pay extra for parking or get ticketed. And the plumbing was stressful for my dog as I am not able to take her away from the apartment and don't work from home to help her interact... with strangers.

I am having a great time at the Allegro. Outside of occasional water shutoffs for maintenance (a few days in the past year) and false fire alarms going off, I do not have any issues to complain of. The rent is decent.

Great location with plenty of amenities. It's the nicest building I've lived in. It is very clean, quiet and cozy. The staff is great and the gym is amazing.

I've been here 7 years and I can't think of anywhere else I'd want to live. Management keeps the building impeccably clean. Maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure every appliance is working up to par. The coincerge, namely Brenda and Sam, are like family making sure I have everything I need to make my stay here enjoyable. The leasing team are down-to-earth folk who keep it simple concerning the do's and don't and who keep you up-to-date with the activities that are sponsored. I love it... here.
