Application process

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Staff is professional and go the extra mile to make you feel like you are at home. Building inside is very clean and nicely decorated. All conveniences are easy to get to.

Very clean

This building is well maintained and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious. The residents are friendly and have an active community.

Maintenance disaster-Run

This property is rife with maintenance issues and the management ignores emergency service calls. I've had a water leak running (not dripping) for three days and they will not fix it. I went without air conditioning for over four weeks and only got it fixed once I wrote the CEO of WinnResidential. That obviously didn't leave a lasting impression as I am still sitting here watching water run out of the wall. Don't come here, rent any where else.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE LASTING IMPRESSIONS

I'm a resident at The Residences at Hampstead School and I would like to strongly suggest that WinnResidential seriously consider hiring a cleaning person to vacuum and clean the entrance of the building. The carpet could use a shampooing on each floor as well. When visitors first come into the building, it is VERY obvious that the entrance door rug (which is filthy) and the main entrance needs to be vacuumed EACH DAY!! First impressions are lasting impressions, and the main entrance should... always appear clean, which it is NOT. The stairwells are never cleaned or vacuumed, and there are ALWAYS cobwebs in the stairwells.
