Elevators !
Elevators constantly out of order...very difficult for the handicapped residents to access doctor apts., food, laundry facility, ECT. When will HRI properties fix these on-going problems? It is a very serious problem for everybody.

It's in a nice areas. Not much crime but very busy with very high rent.
