Great place

Loved living here! Very clean, safe, lots of things to do in the area. Jill and her staff have been very helpful, highly recommend

Horrible place to live Management is not ding their job

Beautiful building, Great amenities, and great location but don't be fooled... The façade that this Building has is Impeccable. During the Hurricane, Management was no where to be found. They decided to leave the building and was left unsecure Main doors to the build along with the stairwell that Leeds to residents dwellings. I've been living here in New Orleans for the past 10 years and we all know that there is a homeless problem in the city. So what does that mean, Keep your doors locked if... you don't want any uninvited guest or you get home and your apartment was broken into.
Management decided to show up a few days after the Hurricane to empty out refrigerator that were left by tenants that had evacuated that's great on there part. However, they left a few hours later and didn't come back till the power was back on almost a week later.Every building I've lived in during a hurricane Management was always on site. They would also hire a security guard and Schedule them 24hr a day till we got power back.
*they were not here
*smelled like garbage on every floor
*no security
*homeless guy got into the building
*when management showed up they did not talk to residents (Which they never do or acknowledge you if they deiced to come out of the office)
*Hallway carpets have been extremely dirty. (for over a year)
Even now after the Hurricane Still haven't got an update on repairs and clean up that the building needs. Here's a list just in case.
*Every weekend the garbage rooms on every floor are full of garbage, since the front desk person chooses not to move the Garbage cans that are located in loading dock.
*Lack of employees (They Only Have 2 that work around a the Building. Management just stays in the office) )This tells me Management wants there bonus so they do go over budget with labor) And only one of them witch is the only maintenance was here by himself working after the Hurricane when we didn't have power.
*Elevator on St Charles side to go to the GYM not working
I'm sorry but this building is not and I repeat not being run correctly.
Hire more employees this way there is staff here on the weekends. Say hello to you residents that pay your salary get to know them.
Most importantly (Management) :
Do your daily walks, around the property on every floor That part of your job description as a property Manager
