The apartments are really nice however it's not truly safe for a senior. If a senior is ill after hours they have to walk to the gate to allow someone in. There is an intercom at the gate however it's strictly for office management. Once, they're gone I suppose the seniors are supposed to lock in.
There are only two elevators, which are always out of service.
Throughout the day the seniors PARTY with loud music, beer, marijuana, and cigarettes at the front entrance. They are not discrete. It's... quite annoying and tacky.
The office management is very pleasant but they can't seem to get control of what the building's full potential should be.
