Good thing about the property is there is a small fire department behind the complex and is considerate of the neighborhood and do not blast the alarm on the truck when heading out and a Police Department right down the streets.

I was put in a position by a former roommate to find an apartment in less than a week. So glad to have found this place. 1br 1ba perfect for someone living alone. This was my very first apartment by myself and it was worth it. Right next to the Rock Island metra and CTA. Nice little parks and restaurants in the area. Quiet! The neighbors that I have met have been friendly. Would definitely recommend this for a college age or a person living alone.
