It is very upscale and clean. Good security. Lots of activities scheduled for residents. So far, it's been a very nice place to live!!

While the sticker price of monthly rent is high, the environment within the building has no match. Part of Overture life is filled with activities that you can choose or decline. Residents are friendly and it is easy to meet new friends.
