When I first moved here I thought it was a good idea and I thought the apartment was actually nice and updated but the longer I have been in here I regret it every day. I was told one price when moving in and the 3 month my rent increase drastically. It's definitely not worth the money I spend every month. I wouldn't dare recommend anyone that I know to move here. Knowing what I know now.

Since the new company took over it’s been amazing!!! I have no complaints. Work orders are completed quickly and the way they fixed everything up is great.

Bridgewater looks nice from the outside but the apartments are not up to par. When it rains Your apartment could be flooded like ours is every time it rains. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone because maintenance is extremely poor they never respond and when they come to your home they'll tell you there's nothing they can do, they'll tell you it's lunch time we'll be back and never return so far I really hated here and we've only been here since July of 2024.

This is the perfect apartment for a one bedroom. I live in one of the models that haven’t been renovated and it still looks pretty brand new in here. Plenty of space and in an awesome location. I have everything I need within a few mile radius.
