Outstanding Staff, exceptionally wonderful activities, heated pool, well kept building and excellent maintenance department. They will repair, cleanup and you wouldn’t have known that anything was repaired or replaced. Worth their weight in Gold. Lucky to live here.

I’ve been very happy here. There have been problems like not having our swimming pool working for 12 months and now one of our elevators hasn’t been working in two weeks, but other than that I have been very pleased.

I love living at Overture Dr. Phillips. There is always something to do. We have the best staff and the maintenance staff is wonderful. If I put in a maintenance request it’s taken care of within 24 hours. Living here is like living in a resort.
