This is place is no longer the same. Everything centered on getting more money from the tenant. Maintenance used to be on top of their game. The carpets in the hallway are dirty .
Having trash in the hallway is better so we can get extra $25.00 from the tenants. Even an extra fee is added to the Flex program

My experience here has been positive. Because I have a part time I miss day activities but I am able to participate on those at 3:00 and after. Whenever I’ve needed things addressed inside my apartment they have been corrected. Staff is very competent, friendly and professional.
