Windemere Villas is a hidden gem in Leesburg. I love that all of the units are on the first floor which is perfect for seniors. The residence and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this community.

I have lived at Windemere Villas for a few months and it is a beautiful community. The grounds are immaculate, management is always available and this is truly maintenance-free living! Recent renovations included new screened patios and many other nice upgrades. This is a very quite, safe and completed fenced community that is convenient to The Villages (without the high prices) and all Lake County has to offer. You will love it!

I would just like to say that I live at Windermere Villas and this place is amazing it's quiet it's very clean very well kept and anything that could possibly go wrong gets resolved immediately the staff here is awesome I'm close to all the restaurants and stores it's really a wonderful place it's very quiet it's fenced-in we also have two laundry rooms here on site which makes it very convenient and this is where I plan on spending my retirement so if you're 55 and older and you're looking for... a great place to live this would be the place it's perfect and the rent is very reasonable we have great parking facilities here on site also the property just went through Renovations first of the year everything here looks great new paint new shutters new parking lot new fencing new barbecue grills and patios fence and property also back patios are all screen inside the apartments are very spacious new paint new vinyl flooring also LED updated lights and appliances Read More
