A Great Place To Live…
My name is Jason and I have been living here at Park Manor for 13 months now and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. You have to be disabled or over 62 to live here. I just turned 48 and I have some of the best neighbors around. We have three stories, but there is an elevator so you do not have to worry about stairs if you live on the second or third floor. We have a very affordable laundry facility on the first floor with nice washing machines and clothes dryers plus a place to hang your... clothes or a table to fold your clothes when you have finished your laundry. We also have a very large day room or community room next to the front entrance as you enter the building. We have several games to play, a piano, an organ, a 50” TV, tables, chairs, and a full kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator. We have an AMAZING Manager, her name is Allison. Allison runs things very strict and by the Book. Those who do not like rules may not care for her, but you will have rules everywhere you go, and as long as you are a good tenant and do as you are supposed to do, you will love her as much as we do. Allison works very hard by planning a monthly luncheon or dinner, and usually with a theme, and also try’s to plan at least one other activity during the month for all residents. Park Manor’s apartments are all enclosed, and before entering the apartments you may feel a little stand-off-ish, but once you enter into your apartment it has a very warm, cozy, comfortable feel. Park Manor is also a very quiet community that has a ton of security cameras down each hall, at each entrance, at each stairwell, and on every floor, as well as outside security cameras monitoring the parking lots to make you feel even more at ease knowing you are in a safe environment while at your new home.
