I’ve lived at the Villas at Capital Twenty for six months, and it’s been a great experience. The peaceful neighborhood, gated entrance, and spacious villas with modern finishes make it a perfect place to relax.

The staff is friendly and responsive, and the community is quiet with little noise from neighbors. I also enjoy the well-maintained fitness center and walking paths.

I just recently moved in and the office staff specifically Briana and Kelly and Amanda were an absolute gem. They answered all my questions i had and fixed any issues.

After having been here for almost 6 months now I must say I have been pleased with the staff, but disappointed with the units. The materials and build quality are very low quality and bugs are able to come into the units with ease as a result. Xfinity internet service seems to be the only service here and I am not happy with the service.

I am enjoying my stay here at Villas! It is very quiet and the amenities are very great. I am especially loving my attached garage! Kelly and Amanda have been very kind and helpful every step of the way with any requests.

The community her is really nice. The staff are nice and attentive. The neighbors are really nice. The areas stay really clean as well which isnt as common as most would think at other townhome communities.
