Loving New Owners
I've been living at Pearl Manor for a little over 5 years now. It was recently purchased by new owners this summer who are undertaking a complete renovation of both the apartments and the property grounds. The owners have been tremendously accommodating in allowing me to remain on the property while my apartment was undergoing renovations. Now that my apartment is finished, it is clear that they payed close attention to every detail for the interior of the apartment: floors, cabinets,... countertops, etc. are all brand new and very nice. The landscaping of the property is almost complete but it already looks so much better than before. Overall, I've had a great experience during this process and will enjoy continuing to rent here.
