Nice starter apt for a one person its very tiny

I looked at this apt and its very cute for one person.Or someone who it will be a starter apt.the bedroom is only big enough for a twin size bed and small dresser.the living room if i were to take it would fit a small couch futon and chairs.mabie a desk or tv stand and tv
