Cockroach infestation!!!!

My dad lives in this community. It is absolutely disgusting how bad the cockroaches are here. All day everyday and they keep getting worse and worse. The management won’t do anything about it and if you complain they charge some random fee for “garbage” on your monthly bill. It is absolutely despicable and the owners or whoever runs this place should be ashamed of themselves. These are low income people who don’t have much fight left in them. They should not have to live the rest of their time... on this earth in this kind of condition. It makes me sick. If you have a loved one that lives in these apartments you need to go and check on them and see for yourself. I am almost certain you will want them out immediately!!!

Property Manager at Reserve at SeaTac Senior Affordable Living responded to this review

Thank you for reaching out. We would appreciate any concerns be relayed through our office so that we can address them promptly. We do ask that all residents that have a pest issue report it to the office. We schedule treatments for every issue... reported. Unfortunately, not all prep and maintain the conditions for a successful treatment, or not all report the issues. Any extra garbage fee is if there is something dumped in the trash rooms. Usually something like a bed or sofa. Due to the rent moratorium in the state of Washington, the things that we would normally send a violation(chance to correct) letter for, we have been unable to send. We are an affordable, active 55 senior living community. Our residents are active and have a beautiful building with several amenities to enjoy. We hope that your Dad will let the office know of any issues so that we have the opportunity to correct them. We are also available by email leasing@reserveatseatac.com.- Thank you - Reserve at SeaTac Team

Bad place to live.

I thought this was a good place to live but it’s not, everyone is so rude. Everything isn’t affordable like it says on the description. You have to buy your own key fob- Service gets cut down for some reasons, just everything is SO slow. Cockroaches inside the apartment and on the hallways. Wrappers of food are sometimes spotted in the stairs. The fire alarm also goes constantly off that nobody really goes outside. I am a student and I lived here with my mom, I couldn’t put WiFi of my school in... these apartments because all they care about is money. I HAD to buy their monthly Comcast plan that came with WiFi and tv shows but I couldn’t afford it. The worst place to live like I said. I don’t recommend.

Absolutely Horrendous Property

Moved my mom here because we liked the management and they seemed to be making positive changes. Halfway through her lease the management was fired and the people who manage the building now do not care one bit. They have cockroach issues, bed bugs, and serious security issues. Tons of homeless, hookers and drug related issues after management leaves. They dismiss everything and the fire alarm constantly goes off. Currently 2 out of 3 elevators don't work. The building isn't being maintained... like before and is going downhill fast. People have been found sleeping in the stairway and even in the storage units. This place is a huge safety risk and pretty positive a visit from the Housing Authority is going to happen here soon. There are so many more issues with this property that I can't even list them all!

The Reserve at Seatac

My name is Elrico Evans and I have been living at the RAS since 12/03/2016. My first name in Spanish mean the Rich. Heaven is my final home and RAS is my first. Here the staff is Second to None. I would highly recommend RAS as a living place to 55 . Don't take my word for it come and experience. My lifetime achievements are birth, marriage to Tosca Evans family, highschool, U.S. Army SF.,colleges 2yr., 4yr., Masters, PhD., RAS and final Destination my Mansion in Heaven.

Homeless in Seattle

I was recently told I would be able to move in after they did my credit check and I told them how much I made they reassured me that I would be able to move in mid month. So I moved out of my apt thinking it was a go and then they called and told me year to date I made too much money $100.00 over the limit ,They also explained I could make as much as I wanted AFTER I was already a tenant.
With that being said after talking to the management staff I was told there is not enough parking for all...
the residences that I could pay $90.00 a month to park or the other option was to park at the angle lake park and ride because its OK to park there for 48 hours LOL I asked what happens after that? ( I have coworkers that work 2nd shift and ride the link they have a very hard time finding parking for the afternoon shift ( I wonder why) Other than that It is a very nice place all up to date apt. Managers are very friendly very so I beveled them from the get go.
SO GOOD LUCK ALL
