It’s a nice community, nice apartments been here a little over a year , the only problem is parking, hopefully they will find a solution to this problem. Over all affordable and conveniently located

Rent

I pay my rent early every month, on February 23 I ended out an envelope to one of the staff members with a cashier check for my March rent. On March 5th I get a notice of aviction taped to my door for everyone to see.
Not only they clearly messed up but they proceded to embarrass me by taping that notice for everyone to see instead of putting it in an envelope.
I have a receipt of my cashier check and I demand an apology in writing! From now on I will request a receipt every time I pay rent!

Hello, I am so sorry for the inconvenience regarding your rent payment! Your check was placed in the manager's desk drawer for processing, but got stuck on the drawer liner so was not clearly visible to us. When you came into the office yesterday,... to inform us that you had dropped off a check we did a search of the desk drawers and found your check stuck in the top of the drawer. I have now purchased a sealed check bag, and all checks are immediately placed inside so this does not happen again. In regards to the legal notice we placed on your door, we do have to post it clearly visible in that manner per Washington State Laws. I am sorry you were embarrassed, it was not our intention!

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and we do appreciate your residency and that you pay your rent on-time!

Terrible customer service and parking

Customer service is severely lacking. I met with Peggy in the office and neither my “nice to meet you” nor my “have a good day” were returned. Also, they only have 40 or so parking spots, so you can never find parking. Another issue here, which is outside of Vintage’s control, but a serious deterrent from moving in..there is MAJOR construction happening all along the road in front and to the side of the apartment complex, loud trucks tearing up asphalt, beeping in reverse, and the music that the... construction workers are listening to played all night long. I would wait a few years until construction is done and better office staff has been hired before considering moving here.
