Pay A Fortune But Nothing Is As Promised or Available

I moved in 10 months ago and it has been one disaster after another. Leaks, power circuits out, Internet access monopoly yet twice the price for a fraction of "speed". Yet will sell you an upgrade! While offering weekly housekeeping - there's no staff, the Bar is physically occupying space but isn't a bar. 3 x a week we are granted 1 "bar drink". The dining experience is dismal, rarely and thinking hard about 1 or two items that were not thrown into the garbage. Rotton food, poorly prepared,... not remotely healthy or balanced. Transportation is extremely limited. The "Salon" ... yeah, well mostly no. These examples - just the Tip of the iceberg - not the value you are promised by a long long long shot.
