I have lived miserably in many noisy, dirty apartment communities in Salt Lake over the years, including the one next door to Lakeside Village. But when I moved to LV, I was amazed how different it is. To start, living in a 55 plus community DEFINITELY gives you a quieter home. But LV is also well maintained, clean, and beautiful. I have a lovely mountain view and a roomy apartment in excellent condition. The people are friendly and management is responsive to tenant needs. I have lived here 3... years and plan to stay indefinitely. I recommend LV to all my friends. One down side to living here is high fees, such as property taxes that are passed on to tenants, a $20 monthly fee for your parking space and a high water bill based on a formula rather than your actual usage. This is absolutely the best Apartment Complex in the entire State of Utah. The Management is so awesome.

I've lived in many different apartment complexes over the years, but Lakeside Village is hands down THE best! The common areas are very well maintained and any maintenance items are taken care of immediately. The office staff is so sweet and always has freshly baked cookies in the office.
