Have been there for years and love ?? the location and staff. Amazing ??

It has the most poisonous environment due to the staff. The staff is rude and unfriendly, little or no personal contact with residents and just staff handling of a recent fire was deplorable. i/e: took 20 minutes before an onsite staff member showed up, had no key available to get residents out of the cold night. When any notices are posted, they always include a threat quality. The physical plants are very poorly maintained and i/e: exits sign- hung by wires for 2 wks before finally falling to... the floor where it laid for several more days and still not back in place. a trash shoot has been broken for over 4 months, and too many more negative comments to list. If I had another place to go I would be gone!!!!! I will give negative stars if there was a way to do it. Read More
