I get it that people have a right to smoke in their homes, but this is just stupid. You can even walk down the hall ways of bldg. 4 w/out choking. It is truly sad. The smoke seeps into the other apartments causing your clothing and the furniture to absorb it. Not to mention the elderly being exposed to 2nd smoke and causing so much to already illness or sinus problems. I know many business have no smoke rooms or bldg.'s, why can't they put all the smokers in the same buildings!!!!????

Have... been visiting a family member for about 6 years there now and I cannot say I am impressed with them and now recently... a/c had some issues and the carpet under the unit is yet and moldy. The socket and plug for the unit is UNDER the unit, hello... water and electric. Several of the plugs are have loose plates or the plug itself is loose. They push stipulations due to their inspections but yet they are NOT up on their safety issues! Read More

These apts were about 4 out of 5 when I moved in. Some buildings have more problems than others. (8 buildings). I couldn't give it over all more than 3 out of 5 now. (2017). Management is lax on enforcing rules. Still better than some HUD apts I've seen. But who knows for how long. Beginning, now, to slowly decline. I haven't been able to find any security measures. It is well located in terms of nearby shopping, medical care, etc.

They put handicapped and disabled residents on the third floor risking their deaths knowingly. Elevator in builiding 5 has been out a total of five days and they dont seem to care that people are stuck on second and third floor. Once it was out for weeks
