This is the nicest and most affordable 55 place we have stopped at! The residents are nice but what can they complain about with such a nice place with great staff. The girls in the office were informative and have worked there for over 8 years which is unheard of in most industries.. they must be doing something right. I had some concerns after reading the bed bug review but the staff didn't give the lady bed bugs, those are brought in from bringing things home from questionable places. As... this place is independent living, not assisted, family wouldn't be called to do paper work... just like regular apartments... they don't call anyone but the resident unless there is an emergency. If the lady lived there for 10 years... why did the infestation get so bad??? Obviously the daughter or son in law didn't see this poor woman enough to see things got taken care of... infestations do not manifest over night. As for a bed bug waiver...in Texas it's a bed bug ADDENDUM....all apartments in Texas have people sign them... it's an epidemic in the state that again...THE STAFF DOESN'T GIVE THEM TO THE RESIDENT. I doubt the bugs were there when she moved in.... so...SHE'S RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT. I hope people don't invest too much into that review. Read More

We just had to move my mother n law out of this nightmare. She is from Mexico and doesn't understand English well, they would never give her daughter the lease renewals to review. They got her to sign the lease with a bed bug waiver. She had the worse case of bed bugs in her newest apartment there and they did nothing to help her. We had to get rid of all her furniture her clothes and some medical supplies. Some of the furniture was made out of pressed wood and these little insect monsters would... imbed themselves in the wood. Her grandson visited her and where bitten as well, she's diabetic and had to recover from the bites as well. We moved her out after being there for 10 years. This place is the worst. Read More

The staff is completely incompetent and insensitive to the needs of the residents. There also is a loud overtone of prejudice on the part of the staff. Take some sound advice and find another place to live
