Management is the best. I feel like I live in a beautiful park with an abundance of big ??, birds, squirrel, two picnic area. Most decorate their patios with lively plants, many have pets. A program, I think Humana, brings a hot lunch if you don't feel like cooking. I feel protected. Neighbors are concerned about each other. So nice.i can't tell you how hard Barbara worked to get me approved

it is very said how the people are living at sunshine plaza apartments on 455 e. sunshine. first of all they don't provide central air/heat for the elderly. they have to buy their own air conditioning. The stoves don't have lights to see how their food looks like or timers so their food won't burn or under cook (terrible).Refrigerator doesn't have compartments so that their items wont' continue to fall out of place. Windows that don't close correctly feels like you can break your arm trying to... open or close the darn window. The list goes on not to mention the washers don't work half the time, the sink
in the laundry room overflows, the machines take your money etc.
They are not keeping up with the place....looks disgusting and depressing. Someone help that place get a make over
