About the Listing Agent
Victor R. Aves, a native of Dallas, TX was born and reared with his twin sister in the inner-city section of Dallas known as Oak Lawn. With the help of family and friends, hard work from his single mom, Maria, Victor was able to attend Catholic school from first through twelfth grade. Currently, Victor is the principal in his own company, Pegasus Realty Inc., which is a full service real estate company representing clients primarily in residential real estate transactions, multi-family and owner/occupied buildings and assisting his clients through careful research and analysis of data. Pegasus Realty has expanded in the past several years to include property leasing and management.
