I have lived at Ivy point for 11 months now. The residents here are very friendly and engaging. The management staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. They are always willing to help you in any way they can. Anything that needs fixing or replacing in your apartment is done quickly and efficiently. The calendar of events is full and fun. You can stay very busy living here. There are activities for everyone. It's a wonderful place to live.

My husband and I moved into Ivy Point in the fall a year ago and love the arrangement of our apartment, the friendly and kind residents, the efficient and pleasant staff, and the many activities. Our apartment looks out onto the beautiful courtyard. We are extremely happy here.

I am happy here at Ivy Point. I enjoy the Residents as they are wonderful neighbors. I love our Management Team and Maintenance Team. I love the convenience of the location, the quietness, the amenities.
Rising rents are concerning to everyone. There is no consistency in the lease. The rent changes daily. On the given day you sign your lease you may be lucky, you may not be luck. Leases used to be based on the apt size, longevity etc. not fluctuating real estate costs etc.
