How Is This Rating Determined?

Renters Beware!!

In my strongest opinion this property has no subsidize units. Rent goes up 5 % at renewal, trash is $50 and if you have a pet it's $25 a month! Most Seniors are retired on fixed incomes so this is insane. To top it off the property manager is horrible from my personal experience living there.

THE FIRST DAY I SAW THESE APARTMENTS, I FELL IN LOVE. I KNEW THESE WERE THE APARTMENTS I BEEN LOOKING FOR, AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO LOOK ANY MORE. I BEEN LIVING HERE FOR FIVE YEARS. MY SAY HERE HAS BEEN, IF I HAD A THOUSAND TOUNGS,IT WOULDN'T BE ENOUGH TO SAY HOW I FEEL. I LOVE THE PEOPLE AROUND ME, ALL THE THINGS THE APARTMENTS OFFER. I REALLY WOULD HATE TO MOVE. IF I WAS CHOOSEN TO WIN RENT FOR LIFE, I WOULD BE ABLE TO HELP SONEONE STAY IN THEIR APARTMENT BY OFFERING MY SERVES AS A CNA. THANK YOU;... ROSE M. BUCHANAN
