Very unprfessional, walls and floors are real thin they never do anything or try to help for anything. I’ve complained about my neighbors upstairs all I got back was a “there’s nothing I can do about it”

Built horribly! Walls & floors are sooooo thin! Unless you’re on the 4th floor, good luck trying to have a peaceful day/evening trying to watch tv. Especially if you have neighbors who are inconsiderate and do not care. One time my pictures were literally shaking on the wall from the girl above me walking so hard. I understand I’m going to hear bumping from time to time in an apartment, but this is extreme. I can hear every single time a move was made in that apartment. The Property Manager, she is very unprofessional and disrespectful to tenants, Since there opening Dallas police have been called out on numerous occasions and not to mention SWAT also.
