Avenida Carrollton is a vibrant community for seniors and the upbeat, energetic staff take their jobs seriously but each has a great sense of humor. We just moved in but already feel like we’re home.

Avenida Carrollton is a lovely, new over-55 community. We are very pleased with the floor plan of our villa and especially appreciate having a garage and our own outdoor space. The Avenida staff is super! Our experience thus far with the sales, maintenance and management staff has been excellent. We are looking forward to enjoying all the community amenities. This is a friendly, safe place to live.
