My experience with Mona was a God sent. Mona knew what she was doing. She walked us through the lengthy amount of paper work required for housing and the application process . Mona experience in this field is invaluable. My sister has just moved in and is over the moon with her new place to call home.

I spoke with the young lady (Kela) and she was very friendly and helpful. The apartments will not be available until late September, but she was willing to email me information on the apartments and the various floorplans. She also let me know the rent is based on your ability to pay-INCOME.
I think this will be a fabulous place for 55+ individuals and BRAND NEW!!

I have been trying to contact someone at this apartment complex for 4 days. I've called 8-10 times, left voicemails, sent 5 messages and my son left a voicemail, no response from anyone and I have called all 4 phone numbers. Are they for rent or not? Even called trying to set up an appointment~no response. Very unprofessional and frustrating!!!
