Beautiful lobby areas, newly remodeled fitness center with all new equipment, business center, media room, free groceries distributed to seniors monthly from Costco. Bingo and exercise classes. Ms. Bobbetta is the on site coordinator and plans events for us. She has lived on the property for 7 years. She is amazing. Never stops! The rent price is affordable.... Gated community. This community is a disgrace for senior living. Start at the front desk with disrespectful and uncaring management. Their attitude is and I quote " they aren't going anywhere cause they have nowhere to go,." They are extremely slow and even most of the time never answer maintenance request. There is no form of much needed security and the staff could care less of security concerns. They act as if you are trouble for bringing things up. Rats infest the trash rooms and have migrated into first... floor apts. Trash rooms and shoots c are filthy and are sitting grounds for diseases such as TB and Hepatitis. After being greeted by a warm, professional, you are shown the delights of the community.
