At Berry Farms one really does feel like a member of a community. Management response almost immediately to any question or problem or maintenance issue you might have. Neighbors are all friendly. The only issue I would share is that it would be nice to find a better solution for the Package Room. If Amazon and FedEx and UPS and USPS don’t care and just throw things in there., And it’s left to us to find a solution. What can we do. Most residents we try to help each other, especially if we see... things that look like medication and tiny packages hidden behind large ones. Like I said, we do work as a community.

Everything is good except this Latch door system. Half the time it doesn't work or takes multiple tries to get in. And I don't want to have to need my phone open my door. There should be free key fobs available to anyone who wants them.
