My poor mother had to live her & it was the absolute worst experience. Nothing is ever fixed or repaired when it goes down. You have seniors living on upper floors in wheelchairs/scooters with the elevators broken. My moms AC went out more time than I can count & there was no rush to help her even during the summer time. Her fridge stopped working numerous times & again, no one came to fix. So much of her food went bad. She was constantly uncomfortable with her living situation but we couldn’t... do anything about it. The washers & dryers never worked. At all. So forget having clean clothes.
