I've lived at Overture for 1 1/2 years now and I absolutely love it! I've meet so many wonderful people who have become great friends.
The grounds are lovely and immaculately maintained. There are lots of activities, something for everyone! The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortable, wonderful closets!
The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful, they all feel like family. I hope I can stay for a very long time!!

So glad Greenville finally offers a 55 apartment option! Not only does this provide a quiet and safe atmosphere, Overtures itself is high quality. High quality community facilities, unit facilities, staff, and events. Maintenance is QUICK to respond and resolve even if it is not an emergency. Anyone close to age 60 should definitely take advantage and check this place out!
