It's always nice to come home to Overture after a long trip abroad. I feel safe in this community; clean facility and friendly neighbors. It truly is an ideal place for me to live in now that I am 67 years young (smile). Moreover, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful community to live in. I'm going on my 3rd year here and will definitely stay a long while.

The only reason I did not give this five stars is due to how some of the property is maintained. For example entering from the parking lot in to Stair 4 Level 1 the concrete needs pressure washing including the steps and the large cracks filled in. It is not a good appearance when I bring guests to my apartment. I am still waiting to get my light fixed in the hallway above my apartment number. There are also areas outside that need to be pressure washed. Other than that I would recommend... Overture to anyone looking for a friendly and beautiful place to live. I am mostly very happy about our move here! I love the staff at Overture -- but I am not impressed with Greystar. They do not seem concerned about the Residents or their issues. It's really frustrating!

Overture Greenville is a beautiful community! The apartments are modern ,the amenities are excellent and the grounds are lovely, but it's the staff and residents that really make Overture such an amazing place to live!! Everyone has been so kind, friendly and always helpful, I've never met such a wonderful group of people!!
