No hot water
Now the new owners turned down the boiler so you have to run the water 20 min.to get lukewarm water. Its ok to waste water.
Lost count of managers and maintenance as turnover is constant. This is what's happenes when you let out of town companies run these senior highrises. They make money but at our cost.

Poor management
Constant turnover of office management. If they last a year its a miracle. They hire incompetent people and residents have to deal with it. Some people living here need to be in assisted living, they have dementia and through no fault of their own need help. Worst place. Owners don't take any interest.
