Park Rose apartments are for senior citizens and are kept up daily. It is walking distance to at least four great restaurants, two stores, and very close to a gas station. At the entrance to the gas station is a drive thru coffee shop. Dundee is a small city but I have access to two larger cities. Dundee sits between the two cities of McMinnville and Newberg so you have a choice of which shops you want to explore. Across from the street is a field that I walk daily to arrive at the Dundee grade... school which also has a path I walk. Twice around and I've walked over a mile then I march my way back across the path, across the street and I'm home. I've got good friendly neighbors and great managers.
