Lousy manager
Manager makes up her own rules and stays in her office. Picks on certain tenants over anything she can think of. Half the time the elevators are down. Lots of people smoking Marijuana even though it's forbidden in rule book. Parking is very limited. Lived in that building for 10 years and was so glad to move.
