Feel so blessed to live at the Teamsters Residences. EHDOC Management and staff are outstanding, they go the extra mile to ensure residents safety and when issues arise lightening fast resolution. My apartment is very spacious, when I moved in the apartment was updated with new paint and new carpet. Strong and appealing aspects to consider for a prospective new resident: Warm friendly neighbors, quiet peaceful setting, very safe and secure. Easy access to bus systems, or neighbors are always... willing to offer rides to go on local shopping trips. Neighbors and staff have a community system in place to check on and ensure residents well being. Numerous monthly community activities such holiday cookouts, visiting Toledo Library, and numerous resident planned community activities. Oh, all utilities are included in the rent! Highly recommend the Teamsters Residences, it is an Awesome place to live!
