The property is nice but the management operates like a tyrant. The rules are very strict and not as told when we moved in. You can't park close to apartments(visitors) and you can"t plant flowers - only in a very small area.Also rent goes up every year -even though you are told it may not when you move in.

We are all friendly toward everyone in our group of apartments.
We have potlucks and play games together just like a big happy
family. Everyone feels safe and secure.
