We lived there for 7 years. it used to be really good. but things have gotten worse over the years. everything is filthy. management is rude. they never fix anything even sth as severe as bathroom leaks. and make excuses for anything that needs to be fixed

Everyone who writes positive reviews is lying, the heat wasn’t enough for the winter, hot water always goes out, bugs everywhere, building is always filthy. Moving here needs to be a last resort

Lived here for 2 years. Kept my apartment clean, still had issues with roaches. Had my car broken into twice in a 5 day span. Parking lot hasn't had lights the whole time I've lived here. Not sure if cameras work or not, they certainly wouldn't provide any info to the police, which upon arrival for my (again) SECOND break in in 5 days, said the property received FOURTEEN reports in a week for auto break ins, one of which was actually stolen. Common areas are filthy, halls smell from all of the... flooding that happens from backed up old plumbing, oh, and also the animal urine and poop that gets left in the halls for days at a time. The management is terrible, do not listen to these other great reviews, they are clearly padding them to make the property appear better.
