I just want to warn renters about Fairfield Complexes, these company is meanest property owners on island, I leaved 7 year on their property and now my rent is fifty percent more than I was rented. They don’t do any updates and they don’t care anything goes brake or if your fixtures not working they don’t care sometimes weeks. Please approach with very caution these greedy company.
