A year and a half ago, I moved into a freshly painted apartment with new flooring and carpet as well as new appliances. During this timeframe, there were few very minor maintenance issues handled quickly and effectively by Shannon, Sol and Bernard. Grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. I wanted to take a minute, and give a review for the manger of this property. Everyday I see her going above and beyond for every tenant here. She's always in great spirits, even when dealing with some of the more challenging tenants, and situations. She obviously does much more than her job title requires. I moved in in July. While my apartment is smaller than I thought, it's actually the perfect size for me. The building and grounds are well kept. I can see the woods from my windows and often sit and watch the deer come out to feed. It's quiet and I've met a few of my neighbors. The office is right downstairs and the staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a community room and an exercise room.
