Kate Seaman, a native of Ithaca, New York, grew up on Cayuga Lake, attended Ithaca Schools, and has a passion for the Finger Lakes area. She left town for college and quickly moved into a successful career in retail management but eventually found herself back in this region that she loved. That’s when her journey in real estate began. Kate has been a real estate agent since 2000 and is consistently in the top one percent of realtors at Warren Real Estate and the entire Ithaca Board of Realtors. She sets high expectations for herself and assures her clients that she will work hard to make the real estate process as smooth as possible. Kate's hard-working attitude, and drive to succeed for her clients, coupled with her deep network, make her a highly accomplished real estate professional. Her energetic personality and love for meeting new people make this career a perfect fit. She looks forward to creating and fostering new relationships and enjoys seeing her clients succeed. Outside of the office, you’ll find Kate creating memories with her two kids, and spending quiet nights at home with her ten-year-old multi-poo, Delilah, and two cats. She loves dining throughout the Finger Lakes and touring the Finger Lakes Wine Trail with friends. In the summer she enjoys boating on Cayuga Lake, evenings at Ithaca Yacht Club, and golfing at the local Ranic Golf Club. Once the snow falls, her family hits the ski slopes. Year-round Kate can be found hiking the local trails all over Ithaca. Kate knows that this area has something to offer at any time of year and she strives to make the most of it. Growing up and raising her family here makes it all the more rewarding for her to help her clients plant roots in this area. Beyond work and home, Kate makes time to give back. Her passion focuses on ending homelessness in the area, supporting Hospicare, and sponsoring local fundraisers for Children’s Miracle Network. She is also a member of the local Ithaca Yacht Club and Ranic Golf Course, formerly the Country Club of Ithaca. Kate has an impeccable record of success and is the resident expert in luxury and lakefront properties. She is experienced in all types of real estate transactions and thoroughly enjoys her diverse portfolio of clients and properties. Accomplished in working with both property buyers and sellers, she helps clients succeed at both ends of the real estate spectrum; from finding the perfect starter home to selling multi-million-dollar second and resort homes. Kate’s success at Warren Real Estate combined with her natural leadership skills has afforded her the unique opportunity of leading a team of real estate professionals. Kate spent years mentoring agents and in 2008 began her own real estate team, now managing five successful agents. Having a solid real estate team affords the team’s clients increased bandwidth throughout all aspects of a transaction.
