When looking for an apartment, I had three simple requirements: garage, Subway, and dog friendly, and this building satisfies all three in spades! It's a 5 minute walk to the garage, has it's own garage (for an added fee) and is basically a pet lovers paradise. It has the added bonus of having huge prewar units with charm and gorgeous wood floors.

I can't say enough about this amazing apartment and building. The building is obviously older, but the upkeep is second to none. All the apartments, including mine have been re done and updated. The building is quiet and the best supers in NYC Felix and Leroy take care of any problems correctly and quickly. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tons of windows so there is plenty of natural light all day the built in shellfing is a great touch and of course the patio. What can I say about my... own private patio that's bigger than my previous apartment in the city.
